Prior to returning to direct service as a clinician and co-founding AZ Holistic Approach (AHA), Tara worked in leadership roles for 7 years, including Clinical Manager and Clinical Director, overseeing over 50 clinicians and ensuring compliance with governing agencies. She has worked in various settings, including hospitals and integrated health clinics, providing and overseeing counseling and case management for diverse populations. With over 12 years of experience, Tara treats adults, adolescents, and geriatrics using evidence-based practices like CBT, EMDR, yoga, mindfulness, and psychoeducation.
